Research Field: Geomatics for control and security of bridge infrastructures
Main activities focused on the development of GIS, photogrammetric and 3D tools for better user fruibility of survey data in support of monitoring and inspection of civil infrastructure. The research also consists in the cooperation with TECNE, ASPI, Regione Lombardia, Provincia di Brescia and Provincia di Piacenza

Visiting semester at the Geomatics section of the Institute of Earth Sciences, Department of Environment Constructions and Design.
Analysis of bridge inspection practices in Switzerland and comparison with Italian guidelines on the same topic. Requirement evaluation of geodata needed in low-cost inspections. Contribution to the field survey campaign in the Leventina District dedicated to the GNSS measuring of points for the monitoring of a large gravitational slope deformation.

Use and management of spatial data at local and provincial level. Development and implementation of procedures in GIS environment for the management of geo-referenced information flows with open-source tools. Main activities based on the municipality of Bobbio and on the province of Piacenza.
Tutor for the 2021 edition of the summer school focused on land surveying and monitoring of the Belvedere glacier in Macugnaga (VB).
